Tom believes in the inherent right of those he meets within his counseling sessions to choose their own path. He works collaboratively with clients in seeking solutions to their lifestyle issues. His passion for mindfulness and meditation shapes his interactions with clients in both group and individuals sessions.
In addition to guiding individuals and groups in dealing with anxiety, depression and life challenges, Tom has many years supporting students, clients, and professionals to understand and heal through grief and loss.
Tom also has a deep joy for teaching, interacting with students and witnessing their growth and development as a result of his presence.
Tom brings a wisdom and centeredness to his therapy that touches each person he works with. He is dedicated to helping clients move through barriers, discover new choices, and resource their inner strength as they grow towards living a more mindful, powerful and authentic life.
